A: Alkadyn is an electric machine, which produces two types of water, that is alkaline, and acidic water by adapting the electrolysis technology. The microcomputer inside it will control the ORP (oxidation reduction potential) of the water, and hence, produce the selected range of pH according to user's requirement.
Qa2: What is the pH that can be produced by alkadyn?
A: Alkadyn can produces pH water ranging from 4(acidic) to 9.7(alkaline) and can be adjusted using the main control panel with a touch of button
Qa3: What did the Alkadyn Water Ionizer produce?
A: Alkadyn produces two types of water, which is the acidic and alkaline. The alkaline water is for drinking
the acidic water is for external use.

b) Benefits:
Qb1: Why is ionized water good for me?
A: The Ionization process creates water molecule clusters that are half the size of regular water molecule clusters. This is why Ionized Water is sometimes referred to as "reduced water" because it has become reduced in size from a 12 water molecule cluster to 6 water molecule cluster. This makes the water much more hydrating because it flows through our body tissue more easily, thus pushing toxins out of our system.
Qb2: What is the difference between alkaline and acidic water?
A: Alkaline water is full of hydroxyl (negatively charged) ions, which are an integral part of the continual building of our DNA structure – this water has many health benefits. Acidic water is full of positively charged ions. This is water that we apply only to the outside of our body. In essence, alkaline water is an antioxidant and acidic water is oxidative (cleansing).
Qb3: What is the alkaline water used for?
A: The antioxidant water can help so many diseases from within the body due to it helping to reduce acidity within the body and fighting free radicals. There is no need to consume pH or antioxidant supplements anymore, as the antioxidant water seems to be so much more effective.

Blood
-Drinking the antioxidant water for over 3 months can help the blood pressure drop as the water dissolves the cholesterol in the blood system

Qb5: Why is this water better than regular tap water or bottled water?
A: By drinking water straight from the tap, you are exposing yourself to a number of different agricultural chemicals, drugs, hormones and substances such as chlorine, arsenic, fluoride, lead and copper. The same holds true for bottled water. By comparing the price, bottled water can cost up 1500 times more than tap water.
According to the World Health Organization, some substances may prove more difficult to manage in bottled water than tap water. This is generally because bottled water is stored for longer periods and at higher temperatures which can cause micro-organisms to grow to higher levels. When tested, the majority of bottled waters were deemed unsuitable for human consumption due to the amount of toxins in the water, which were created through man-made contamination. The last point is that 1.5 million tons of plastic are used to bottle water. Toxic chemicals can be released into the environment during the manufacture and disposal of the bottles - also think of the pollution which is created whilst shipping the bottles.
Qb6: What should I expect from drinking Ionized Water?
A: This will initially depend on what level of strength you begin drinking Ionized Water. Ionized Water provides your body with lots of oxygen, which is why it gives us energy. Ionized Water is much smoother tasting than conventional water. It makes better coffee, tea, juice, etc. Alkaline Water is wonderful to cook with because it helps hydrate the food and bring out its flavor. However, other changes in your body after drinking Ionized Water will be much more subtle and will take some time. If you have accumulated acid waste in your system, it probably took years for you to get into that condition and it will take some time to reverse it. As the body is slowly brought into pH balance by drinking Ionized Water, it will naturally begin to function more efficiently and problems will begin to correct themselves. Qc1: Why purified water from reverse osmosis machines can be bad for you?
A:
-Water from reverse osmosis machines is an active absorber, which means that when the water is in contact with air, it absorbs carbon dioxide, making it acidic.
-The filtering process in reverse osmosis machines filters out all metals and minerals, making the water more or less pure H2O. The problem with this process is that our bodies need more than just H2O from water according to some experts. When the acidic water which reverse-osmosis machines produce is consumed, studies have shown that higher levels of calcium, magnesium and other trace minerals were found in the urine. This means that individuals who consume reverse osmosis water are under increased risk of degenerative conditions such as osteoporosis, coronary artery disease and high blood pressure.
Qc2: What is the difference between this filter and others such as RO, distilled, etc?
A:
-Reverse osmosis or purified water are too pure and contains absolutely no minerals. They are able to decrease toxin level, but for long term effect, they will absorb the nutrient from our body, causing malnutrition. Having been completely demineralized, RO and distilled water are – understandably -- flat tasting.
-Mineral water contains organic, heavy metals or radio while plastic bottles consist of carcinogenic materials (causing cancer). Plasticizer which is used has complex effects to health.
-Distillers use electricity to heat tap water to boiling point. Impurities are left in the boiling container and the purified condensate drains back into a clean container. They require a fair degree of power and cannot give immediate supply, because the boiling process must be completed before water is available. There is now a number of reports that distilled water is not good to drink long term because it drain nutrients from the body, being the most 'unnatural' of water.
-Ultraviolet water filters use a UV light to kill bacteria in the water. They are very seldom seen in domestic units because of the problem of keeping the light clean. Some water ionizers have small UV lights fitted but they have been shown to have little or no effect.
-Boiled Water is 'dead' water. Although boiling removes free chlorine from tap water, it also 'destroys' oxygen and nutritional minerals in the water. Boiled water tastes flat and makes water acidic too.

Qd1: How does the Water Ionizer produce ionized water?
A: Water is run over positive and negative electrodes, which ionizes the water. It is then separated into alkaline and acidic water as it passes through membranes. .It accomplishes this by repelling the water now that it has been "charged" into positive and negative ions.
Qd2: How long does Ionized Water stay Ionized?
A: The Antioxidant (hydroxyl ions) will last approximately 18-24
hours.
The Higher pH (alkaline properties) will last approximately 1-2 weeks.
The smaller molecule cluster size will last approximately 1-3 months.
A: ORP stands for Oxygen Reduction Potential also known as Redox Potential. ORP is measured using a voltage meter showing the reading in millivolts (mV).
à A neutral reading would be 0mV.
à An oxidizing substance would show a positive reading for example +300mV.
When water has a positive reading, it has the potential to oxidize. It will be good for cleaning, as it will destroy bacteria by stealing electrons making the bacteria and contaminants harmless.
à A reducing substance would have a negative reading such as -300mV.
Drinking water with a reading below -200mV (i.e. 300mV, 400mV) is good, as it shows a strong potential to reduce oxidizing substances such as free radicals within the body (so it does the job of an antioxidant)
Qd4: What is the Negative Hydrogen Ion?
A: The Negative Hydrogen Ion, also known as, H-, OH- and Hydride Ion are important to life on earth. It is a powerful antioxidant found in raw food and vegetation, some ancient springs, glaciers and high altitude waterfalls along with many other places. The H- helps to keep wildlife and humans free from severe free radical damage. Because of the processing of food and drink and the gradual pollution of our planet, it is thought that it is difficult to find the H- naturally now.
A: Ionization simply means to gain or lose an electron. Electrons are negatively charged. Electrons in motion around an atom create electrical current. So the more electrons in the water, the more negative charge there is. An Ion is an atom or a group of atoms with a positive or negative charge; if the ions are exposed to a specific current they will react and ionization will occur. An ionization process happens in every corner of the world and even in our brains constantly.
A: Alkaline ionized water is the product of a specialised electrolytic reaction, which takes place in an Alkadyn® Water Ionizer unit. It is tap water that has not only been filtered, but has also been reformed, in that it provides concentrated clusters of molecules with a large mass of electrons that can be donated to active oxygen in the body to block the oxidation of normal cells, commonly expressed as free radical damage.
A: An antioxidant is part of the chemical composition of a substance that is rich with negative electrons. An antioxidant will have a negative ORP (look at question 1) and once in the body, they will neutralize free radicals that cause illness, disease and ageing by donating their extra electrons that the free radicals are taking from the healthy cells. All raw fruit and vegetables will have antioxidants, along with the antioxidant water from the Alkadyn Water Ionizer unit.
Qd8: What are alkaline and acidic minerals?
A: Examples of acidic minerals: iodine, phosphorus, sulphur and chloride.
Examples of alkaline minerals: magnesium, calcium, sodium and potassium.
**Alkaline minerals can be absorbed by the body while acidic minerals cannot.

e) Usage:
Qe1: How do I use the antioxidant water?
A: You drink the antioxidant water. The best way is to fill a two liter jug so you can monitor how much you drink. The jug can be made from any material but the best type of material to store the water in is a UV proof dark-coloured glass container with a lid. Use antioxidant water for all cooking requirements.
Qe2: What level do I start drinking the antioxidant water on?
A: This will depend partly on what kind of shape you are in physically when you initially start drinking Ionized Water. For instance, if you have made a conscious effort to eat well and keep your body detoxified you can start drinking Ionized Water at higher levels 3 or 4. However, if you have been on medication for some time, or have had a poor diet of fast food, processed food, or a diet void of fresh fruits and vegetables, you may need to begin drinking Ionized Water on Level 1 as Alkaline Ionized Water is detoxifying. So, your body might be in shock if you drink the Level 4 water immediately. For example, drink 16oz. of Level 1 water for several days, gradually increasing to your full consumption of water. Then, increase one level each week up to Level 4, which gives out the pH 10. It is the ideal setting once the body has adjusted to drinking alkaline water. Use this level in the fourth week and thereafter.
Qe3: How much water is ideal enough for my body?
A: We recommend, at the minimum to drink half of your weight in ounces per day for hydration. Remember, this is a minimum. One quart for every 30 pounds of body weight is better, but do increase the water intake if you are able to.
Qe4: Does Ionized Water have any negative effects?
A: We have no negative reports in the UK, USA or Japan on adverse effects of the water as long as it is used properly. Only the alkaline water should be consumed. NEVER DRINK THE ACIDIC WATER. We have never seen a single negative effect from Ionized Water, either alkaline or acidic, as long as it is used properly. When beginning drinking the antioxidant water, some people can get a very strong detox reaction - but it will pass quickly. That is why we recommend you to start drinking the water gradually from Level 1. But, the symptoms can be avoided by switching the machine down a level from its auto setting. The symptoms can be cold or flu-like symptoms, diarrhea, headaches, skin rashes and nausea. You may notice differences in bowel habits during the first days at each level. Urine frequencies may increase and the colour may darken because your body detoxifies. This is all normal to a detox process and after a short while, it will go away.
Qe5: Why do some people get headaches and diarrhea when first drinking this water?

Qe7: What if I can’t drink the water due to the taste?
A: Taste is perceptive. Most common remark regarding the taste of Ionized Water is that it tastes smoother, sweeter and lighter than conventional tap water. This is because of the molecule cluster size and shape. Try drinking a glass of tap water in one go and try drinking a glass of antioxidant water - you will feel the difference. But a very small percentage of people don’t like the taste of water in general, which proves you cannot always please everybody. But please remember it isn’t about the taste, it’s about what the water has become – the lovely taste is just a bonus!
Qe8: How does Ionized Water taste compared with conventional water?
A: Since it small and regular shaped, it feels smooth because it is. It also does not fill you up and bloat you the way conventional water can do if you drink a lot of it at once.
Qe9: Why there are little bubbles in the ionized water?
A: It’s because the water from the ionized process mixed with the air.
Qe10: Why can’t we take medicine with alkalized water?
A: Because the water makes the medicine more absorbable due to its micro cluster property. A 50mg tablet could affect your body as if it were a 100 mg. Please verify with your health practitioner that prescribed medications or existing conditions will not be affected by alkalinity.
Qe11: Is it all right for children to drink Ionized Water?
A: Absolutely. It naturally gives children tremendous amounts of oxygen that helps their bodies function efficiently, as it does with everyone who drinks it. Having extra amounts of oxygen in our blood also naturally helps us to fight disease and build a strong immune system. Since children usually have NOT accumulated toxins in their bodies, they suffer none of the ill effects of detoxification such as headaches, diarrhea, etc.
Qe12: Is there anyone who should not drink Ionized Water?
A: No. However, some people must start by drinking very small amounts of Ionized Water, such as 8 oz. of Level One Ionized Water per day. This is especially true of the elderly who often have unfortunately allowed heavy metals and other toxins to accumulate in their bodies. Sometimes years of medication has accumulated in them. Toxins and heavy metals that have accumulated in people over decades can lead to diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and a host of other mental disorders and psychiatric diseases.
Qe13: Can a person become too Alkaline from drinking Ionized Water?
A: People have been known to drink as much as 1 to 2 gallons of Ionized Water every day and gotten great benefit from it. And they have not become too alkaline. On the contrary, one of the most common imbalances people have today that leads to health problems is that they are too acidic. Our body pH should be approximately 7.2 (measured through saliva or urine). The more acidic we are, meaning a 6.6 pH or lower, the greater opportunity we have provided disease to flourish in us. A low body pH creates an environment in our bodies which is conducive to diseases such as arthritis, cancer, etc to flourish. You can observe that people who are very sick always have a very low body pH. (Not blood pH, which is always stable around 7.4) The sicker they are, the lower the body pH. Diseases will further create this acidic condition in us in order to better thrive. In short, it is very difficult for us to become too alkaline. In fact, it is rare for a person to acquire Alkalosis, the condition of being too alkaline. We should always drink Alkaline Water and eat Alkaline Foods such as fruits and vegetables.

Qe15: Can it be used commercially?
A: Yes, is innumerable ways. In the dairy industry, with Live Stock, healthier, faster growing crops, etc. All this is now being demonstrated, albeit slowly, to these industries. The Alkaline Ionized Water should be fed to the animals. The Acidic Ionized Water will benefit the crops, as well as the livestock in that it will help keep a much lower mortality rates and cleaner environment, keeping in mind the acidic water retards bacteria and bacterial growth. Tests are underway in various industries demonstrating the positive effects of Ionized Water but they are still in their infancy.
Qe16: How does Ionized Water affect athletes?
A: In an extremely positive way, as you might expect. Blood oxygen levels will rise in varying amounts with regular use of strong Ionized Water. A: No. Never operate the unit with hot water. Serious filter and water cell damage will result.

Qg3: Does the ionizer have a built in
Carbon Filter?
A: Yes it does. It is granulated carbon, which is very effective
at removing chlorine from municipal water source.
Qg3: I am concerned about my water supply. What effect will this have on the Water Ionizer?
A: The only thing to be concerned about is chlorine. Chlorine can easily be removed with the carbon filter. If you do not have any pre-filter in your house, we recommend you to install it. This will greatly improve you water supply quality and will help extend the life of your ionizer filter

Qi1: How do you ship the product?
A: We ship the product, using two courier company, which are POS MALAYSIA ( National courier) , and DHL.
Qi2: What is the shipping length of time?
